The race to succeed Governor Wycliffe Oparanya is getting more interesting with reports that Raila Odinga led ODM party has dropped deputy governor Phillip Kutima like a hot potato.It was initially thought that Kutima was the man to watch but current happenings are clear picture that the party no longer has time for him.
