Kenyans paid by the ODM faction of the government and those of Jubilee A took to social media this morning to call out Deputy President William Ruto for his past ills.
It has been a running narrative and now common knowledge that the Christian and a good-hearted man from Sugoi with big pockets has some very shady past.
From scandals on land grabbing to others like the claim by slain activist and billionaire Jacob Juma that ‘the one who is obsessed with his death is ‘William Ruto’., Ruto stands least chance against the marauding PR machinery by the Jubilee Govt out to tarnish his name.
Then again, the quintessential Kenyan president has always been a murderer, a land grabber and a thief who doesn’t flinch. From Jomo Kenyatta, through Daniel Moi, to Mwai Kibaki and now Uhuru Kenyatta, the ‘material’ that is used to make them is one; death, stealing and lack of remorse.
When Ruto is compared to Raila, the ever mweupe kama pamba, I bet he, is since there’s no death attributed to Raila, then he stands no chance.
However, today, in the morning and many months past the beauty of the handshake, Ruto is being reminded about his past.
