Sarah Wairimu wants to access booze and pets from Kitsuru home

The widow of the Dutch Billionaire Sarah Wairimu wants the DCI to hand her her two rottweilers. In a new application sjhe stated that DCI is illegally possessing her home and property which she termed as a gross violation of her rights.

Her dogs were taken by the DCI to an unknown location. Sarah listed the dogs among other things she wants to collect from her Sh400 million home in Kitisuru. Through her lawyer Philip Murgor, Wairimu orally applied to access her home and collect personal valuables but was directed to make a formal application which filed today.

She added that the DCI has been doing forensic examinations in her home with no end in sight. She has not been served with an inventory of her homes and she fears for the security of her home, items and valuables.

Sarah has been forced to buy new clothes to push with and sometimes she has to depend on the help from friends and family when making trips to and from the court.

She wants home handed back to her including food stuffs, beverages, sof and alcoholic drinks. She also wants the court to order DCI to store all the movable items in her home which do not form exhibits.
