Tuskys Supermarket exposed, insider reveals dirty activities boiling in the company

Kenyanbulletin.com report desk has received information of intense mistreatment of workers at Tuskys Supermarket.

According to our source, John (not his real name) who is a worker at the supermarket, their salaries were deducted in December last year in a bid to cater for the company’s shrinkage and loses.

This was to an extent where some workers received negative salaries.

After deducting their salaries, it now appears that the company is targeting to lay off the current employees and replace them with outsourced staffs who will be paid cheaper compared to the current ones.

In an interesting turn of events, we have received information of how the outgoing HR was sacked for refusing to sack staffs recklessly without following the due procedures.

The sacked HR was replaced by one Francis Kimani who other staff describe him as ruthless.

John tells us Kimani used to work for the company back in 2014 with his main job in the company was to fire his colleagues.

He reportedly fired over 2000 permanent staffs before being sacked, they have now re-hired him and his return clearly means nothing but disaster.

A heartless man, John says once you’re sent to him you are immediatel fired wmwithout any termination procedure followed.

As of now more than 50 permanent staffs have been sacked with excuses of wrong stock counts, lose of stocks and shrinkage of the company.

More than 50 other staffs are on suspension waiting to be dismissed.

John also provided few evidences of termation letters of his colleagues.

At the moment, the permanent employees are 2000 down from 6000 and they’re now looking forward to sack the remaining 2000 and replace with cheap labour.

Despite us being members of workers union called KUCFAW and contributing Sh570 monthly, John says they are being fired right and left, with the new HR dismissing the union saying his intention is to ‘finish’ them in a span of six months.
