President Uhuru Kenyatta has appointed husband to the Late Bomet Governor Dr Joyce Laboso, Mr Edwin Abonyo to the State Corporations Advisory Committee.
In a Gazette Notice released late on Monday evening, Mr Abonyo was listed among the nine members who will constitute the committee for the next three years.
Abonyo who is a contractor by profession will be working together with Jeremiah Matagaro who was appointed Chairman, Wanjiku Wakogi who was appointed as Secretary, Winfred Kaburu, Cecil Kuyo, Cyrus Gituai, Tom Maina Macharia, Roselyn B. Tumpeyo and Gloria Ndekei.
The appointments took effect immediately.
