Police have arrested activist and blogger Mildred Atty Owiso, the woman whose video went viral for ejecting a police officer from her car.
In yet another dramatic video posted online, the activist is seen engaging in a verbal argument with the police at her home before being arrested.
Owiso is currently being detained at the Makongeni Police Station awaiting to be arraigned in court on Monday.
The blogger who runs a Facebook page called Buyers Beware accused the police of allegedly soliciting for a bribe after finding her to have allegedly committed a traffic offense.
Bruh they even killed her dogs… Such cowards. I wish the corrupt leaders would be invaded the same way. 10 "policemen" for 1 woman? Impunity! pic.twitter.com/yubxCYAyur

Early last year, the activist arrested yesterday on allegations of causing disturbance.
Owiso was arrested at her home, by men who claimed to be police but who refused to identify themselves during the arrest.
Kenyans online took to Twitter to express their dismay over the arrest and subsequent charges with some claiming that Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko was behind Atty’s woes.
The Governor has since distanced himself from the saga insisting that that Atty is taking advantage of his position to allegedly divert attention.
“I have nothing to do with Mildred Atty Atiso’s current predicament but that does not mean I have withdrawn my demand that she files her corruption allegations against me if any with DCI or EACC failing of which I shall file a criminal libel complaint against her and her Facebook Page Buyers Beware admins,” his Facebook post reads.
