Rwandan President Paul Kagame’s elite bodyguards were today in near fistfight with Kenyan presidential guards at Nyayo stadium after they prevented them from following Kagame into the VIP dais.
Kenyan DP William Ruto watched in bewilderment as all this unfolded.
The scuffle continued inside the holding zone of the VIP dais as protocol officials calmed down nerves and directed not just Kagame’s, but other president’s bodyguards too.
