Detectives from the Transnational Organized Crime Unit have arrested the wife to the notorious drug trafficker Tom Ouma in Roysambu.
Rose Ouma was arrested following a warrant of arrest issued by the JKIA lawcourts Chief Magistrate but the couple has been on the run.
Ms Ouma is connected to the 368.5 kilograms of bhang valued at more than Ksh.11M that was impounded on the Nakuru-Nairobi Highway in early August.c

DCI Detectives had intercepted a Motor Vehicle Reg. No. KCQ 741V on August 14 and then went on to arrest Tom Ouma who was hiding in Utawala.
Detectives accused Mr Ouma of sponsoring hood gangs in Huruma, Korogocho and Dandora to protect his drug trafficking businesses.
Ouma and other two suspects; Paul Ochieng and Stephen Wandera were arrested during the stint operation.
