More than 1600 rounds of ammunition, grenade, G3 riffles among other assorted weapons were today confiscated at Majengon Mapya area in Likoni in a resolute operation by Multi Agency Team led byAnti Terror Police Unit (ATPU ) detectives.
three terror suspects were fatally injured in a shoot out and seven arrests effected. also recovered were 68 air riffle pellets, 5KG of ammunition nitrate, nine balaclavas, military/police uniforms, military holsters and porches, rifle oil, one GPS, six machetes among other assortments.
Those arrested are currently undergoing interrogation by the police.
