Rights activist Okiya Omtatah’s daughter passed away late Thursday after suffering from acute Malaria.
Maryanne Marisyanna Annuarite, 21, was a third-year student studying diplomacy and international relations at the Riara University.
Revealing the sad news on his twitter, Okiya posted two images of Maryanne who had been in a coma in ICU for the last week suffering from acute malaria
She was the activists’ third born out of four children. Two boys and two girls.
