Centum Real Estate (CentumRE) has announced that it will be early repaying the interest and principal on its outstanding KES 2.957 billion Senior Secured Notes.
The repayment date will be Friday, November 24, 2023, instead of the original date of December 16, 2023.

The early repayment is being made possible by CentumRE’s strong financial position.

The company has been generating solid cash flow from its operations and has also benefited from recent asset sales.
As a result, CentumRE has decided to take advantage of favorable market conditions to repay its debt obligations ahead of schedule.
The early repayment of the Senior Secured Notes will reduce CentumRE’s financial leverage and improve its overall financial flexibility.
