A struggling local politician based in Nairobi has been exposed for acquiring millions of shillings from his former lover through malicious means.
Speaking to a popular activist, the gullible young lady only identified as Jane revealed that the gentleman named Begi Gesicho swindled her over Sh10 million during an undated period that the two were in a relationship, or so she thought.
In the messages shared on social media, she narrated how the youthful leader from Siaya known to be a staunch sycophant of Deputy President William Ruto deceived her into thinking they were in love.
Once Jane was hooked to the false dreams, Begi’s endless attempts at emotional blackmail began.
The funds were mostly wired through three different back accounts but she would often send him money directly through his M-Pesa account.
He also received numerous cash tokens on multiple occasions.
To add salt to injury, once Begi was done with his mission, he vanished into thin air.
At the time, a distraught Jane also discovered she had fallen pregnant during the make-believe episode.
A double tragedy.
