Edwin Dande, Chief Executive Officer Cytonn Investments

Cytonn Real Estate, the development affiliate of Cytonn Investments Management PLC has launched a competition involving its luxurious mixed use estate The Alma.

The company is giving away Sh50,000 for successful referrals of home buyers.

The Alma, which is strategically located in fast-developing Ruaka neighborhood in Kiambu County, comprises 477 apartment units, a retail center, and a nursery school. The project is clustered into 9 apartment blocks named in alphabets, parking is provided for on the ground floor level and green areas are elevated on the first-floor level. Other amenities include a retail center, lifts for every block, a swimming pool, a borehole to supplement the county council water, a bio-digester, and a reverse osmosis plant.

Alma’s architectural design is unique in Kenya showing the edge that Cytonn looks to bring to the sector. The project entails an elevated swimming pool, a children’s playground, elevated gardens, a retail center, and a gymnasium which makes it a comprehensive lifestyle development.

In 2020, Cytonn handed over phase 2 and 3 of The Alma within months of each other.
