Those onboard can also receive invites to exclusive events built for networking and lifestyle perks.
This step continues Safaricom’s aim to place its users at the center of its plans, ensuring those who engage more with the brand receive extra care and attention.
Dr. Peter Ndegwa, CEO of Safaricom, shared that as the firm celebrates its 25-year milestone, it remains driven by its users’ needs.
