High court bars Uhuru Kenyatta

High Court has ruled that Covid-19 containment measures on public gatherings and restriction of movement ratified by Cabinet are unlawful.

High court’s rulling comes as a reprieve to many Kenyans who have fallen victim of greedy and blood-thirst Kenyan trigger happy officers.

The high court boxed out the directive by the President while saying it’s a violation of the constitution to direct law enforcement officers on how to discharge their duties.
