“There has been a misguided notion that those with black skin cannot get corona-virus. I can confirm that she is an African and is 27 years old”, the cabinet secretary for health Mutahi Kagwe announced boldly on TV.
The CS further stated that the lady had traveled in from USA and has been on the country since March 5th 2020.
