Since the death of Jeffrey Epstein years ago, he has been a focus of international media and law enforcement, with UK authorities investigating new allegations of historical child sexual abuse stemming from documents related to his case.
Surrey Police said the allegations span from alleged incidents in Surrey and Berkshire from the 1980s to the early 2000s, and they are now investigating evidence and witness statements.
The new investigations came after Justice Department documents were released in the United States that revealed other high-profile individuals who were part of Jeffrey Epstein’s network. Some of the names that have been mentioned in court records and in the media include Bill Clinton, Donald Trump, Alan Dershowitz, Elon Musk, and Prince Andrew, as well as Harvey Weinstein. But lawyers and investigators have repeatedly stated that being on Jeffrey Epstein’s list is not necessarily a sign of criminality.
It also brought Ghislaine Maxwell, Jeffrey Epstein’s longtime associate, who is currently serving a prison sentence in the United States for helping lure and abuse young girls, under new scrutiny.
There have been no arrests made yet in the UK, according to authorities, who are also continuing to work with international investigators as they investigate the allegations linked to Jeffrey Epstein’s syndicate.
