The rapper and other artists met with Deputy President Ruto last week

Khaligraph Jones is crediting his meeting with Deputy President William Ruto for the new curfew measures as announced by President Uhuru Kenyatta during his Labour Day speech.
The “Luku” rapper took to his social media account to say that the new measures were not what he had hoped for but it was a start.
“After My meeting with the Government last Week, I am Very sure you can now see the Results, It is not exactly what we had really hoped for but at least its a start, , Now Thank me on the comment Section and Respect The OG(SIC),” He said.
Jones and other Kenyan creatives met with DP William Ruto to discuss ways in which the government could help the entertainment industry. The meeting was set up at the request of the artists according to the DP.
