Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) Party is conducting its Kibra parliamentary nominations today, and as it is now emerging, someone tampered with the voters register.
Though not officially confirmed, ODM affiliated bloggers have Tweeted about this, bringing disrepute to one of the most powerful parties in Kenya.
