Since he was elected, Kitui East MP Nimrod Mbai has been on the wrong side of the law.
In a Whatsapp group message seen by kenyanbulletin.com, Mbai is seen threatening to burn down a Wiper Democratic Party Office that is to be built in his Constituency.
The Jubilee MP uses a lot of violent language and has even formed a militant group called Mbaya Mbaya Liberation Army.
A Kitui youth leader writes on the Whatsapp group, ‘this time round Wiper (party) is well prepared. And that’s why we are going to have Wiper Office at Zombe Ward soon I have said’.
‘I have never lied to you bro, itachomwa, hatutaki upunzi ya Wiper in East Kitui. Wiper has never given MP ticket to any of our sons in the lower East. Wiper is the main reason why the MP seat has been in Nzambani that long. Kama mbaya mbaya’, the MP shot back.
He replies again, ‘Hii tutachoma, Mbaya Mbaya Liberation Army is very alert’
The first time MP is a rabble-rouser, a man who is not afraid of using his poisonous tongue to inflame he should be stopped by the National Cohesion and Integration Commission (NCIC).
In his first months as an MP, he began by threatening to rape Kitui Governor Charity Ngilu, then he was shown carrying bows and arrows threatening war on a Somali heardsboy.

Recently, this blog exposed him as a womanizer who sleeps with a wife of Machakos Governor Alfred Mutua.
Mbai should be arrested for planning to cause harm to Constituents who disagree with him.
