Kenyans have reacted with mixed pinions over the news of the appointment of Ezra Chiloba as the Director-General Communications Authority of Kenya (CAK).
The former IEBC CEO was involved hook and cranny in the rigging of the 2017 General Elections beginning with the gruesome killing of ICT Director Chris Musando.
With this new appointment, it appears the rigging machinery has been put in place.
The General Elections will obviously be a two-horse race between UDA Party’s William Ruto against ODM’s Raila Odinga.
But as former Russian dictator, Joseph Stalin said, those who vote don’t matter, those that count the votes decide everything.
It is well to note that those that aided or alleged aided the re-election of Uhuru Kenyatta have been rewarded with plum positions.
Positions: The trio
Jame Muhati ( he calls himself James Buyekane to hide identity, a deadly past) who replaced murdered Chris Msando is now the head of Huduma Kenya.
With Ezra Chiloba at CAK and a Ndegwa at Safaricom, it seems the game is skewed against Ruto who will lose before 6am.
The trio of Chiloba, Ndegwa and Muhati is enough to seal Ruto’s fate.
Muhati comes in as the one who has the majority of the data from the Huduma Namba exercise.
Chiloba and Ndegwa coordinate the telephone which relays data from the constituencies, and the rest is history.
Don’t forget that another IEBC commissioner Immaculate Kasait is now in charge of Data Commission.
DCI will also use its power to arrest people using the illegal Computer Misuse and Cyber Crimes law.
At the Judiciary, a person that failed their fourth form is in charge. Martha Koome is not the best of brains in law and that’s a bonus to Uhuru as she might’ve been rigged in.
