Lest We Forget: How Diamond Property Limited Conned Me 500K

My Name is Susan, a single parent and an investor with Diamond Properties Bethany City Phase II. The company is run by John Ngugi. I took a loan of Kshs. 500,000 to pay for the plot in the month of August 2016.

Later on I sourced for another loan for the greenhouse at Sh290,000 in December 21, 2016 and paid Nguzo International Ltd run by Nancy Njai.

I promised my lender that i will be able to refund the money at the end of July 2017 as per the agreement of the harvest for the first season.  I went to Nguzo offices   at the end of July 2017 but they told me that the payment have been delayed.

I made several visits to Nguzo Offices in the months of August and September to no avail and all the time promising my creditors that am paying the money. Later on my creditors could not take my empty promises anymore and threatened to take action after which I borrowed elsewhere the money to pay my creditors.

I went back to Nguzo offices and explained to them what has been happening and they told me that they couldn’t find my bank details and hence the delay in payments.

I filled the forms for my bank details and was told to wait one week my bank will call me once the payment has been transferred to my account.
I went back to my creditors and gave the same story of settling my debts in a weeks time.

I waited for the bank to call me but in vain and then decided to go to the bank and check only to be told that there’s no money that have been transferred. The money that I had borrowed started attracting interest and didnt have a choice but to take another loan and repay my second creditor.

Now i have accrued a lot of debts and still servicing loan and i really want assistance from you and request you to kindly advice me on the following: –

  1. I heard that the Diamond Properties are retaining 10% of the Kshs. 500,000 paid for the plot. I won’t mind to give them back their title and pay me the balance of Kshs. 450,000.
  2. I want Nguzo to give me back my Kshs. 290,000 and not demanding any interest for the past 1 year they have traded with my money.

It is my wish that you will assist on the above issues.

Thanking you in advance. Kind regards, Susan
