Barely a day after an exposé by Royal Media owned Citizen TV on massive misappropriation of funds at Maasai Mara University, Kenyanbulletin.com news desk has received a picture of Noor Abdi’s palatial home.
Mr Noor Abdi is the driver to corrupt Maasai Mara Vice Chancellor Mary Walingo.
Noor was the main conduit used by the VC to order Spencer to make the undocumented cash withdrawals, with the whistle blower going on to reveal that the driver used to speak in codes during such instances.
In one of the recordings, Noor could be heard stating,
“Ile Ng’ombe kubwa inahitaji nyasi, bundle mbili na nusu,” which was a coded message that translated to, the VC needs Ksh 250,000.
This new role saw Noor accompanying the university’s cashiers to the bank to pick the monies and delivers to the VC.
This maybe had him pocketing some monies and thus owning such a posh house.
