Opposition Chief Raila Odinga’s Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) party die hards have sent a stun warning to the Siaya Senator James Orengo telling him to stop betraying the second in command.

The ODM party seems to be in commotion as internal differences rocked the Raila Odinga- led party with one being led by Rarieda constituency member of parliament Otiende Amollo, Siaya senator James Orengo and other parliamentarians.

Another group who have labeled themselves loyalists to the ODM chief led by minority whip in the national assembly Junet Mohamed, minority leader in national assembly and Party chairman John Mbadi, Ugunja member of parliament Opiyo Wandayi and former Gem Constituency MP Jakoyo Midiwo.

The function led my Junet have sent a warning to minority leader in the Senate informing him that he must stop betraying party leader Raila Odinga or else the party will throw him back to where he came from clearly referring to Orengo’s spell in the cold from 2002 when he vied for country’s top seat and split from Raila.

Reports by the Nation, indicated that Midiwo said that the ODM party loves Orengo so much but he must stop using this as an opportunity to betray the party leader arguing that even though the Orange party requires his expertise during the BBI appeal, he must either shape in or shape out failure to which serious action will be taken against him.

“Orengo must stop betraying Raila. We need him in court, but he must not use that to betray Raila. I can read through him. We love him so much as one of our prominent lawyers, but he must stop the betrayal. Only fools are stupid. We will take him back where we got him,” Midiwo warned.

Despite Midiwo’s stun warning to the senator, he has already come out clear pledging his loyalty to party leader Raila Odinga giving assurance that BBI will overcome the current legal obstacles.
