Former General Service Unit commandant, and the Assistant Inspector-General of Police in charge of the Joint Operations Centre William Sing’oei is died.

Sing’oei was this morning Wednesday morning, May 12 found dead in his house at the Embakasi Military Barracks on Wednesday morning, May 12.

Confirming the incident, Nairobi Regional Police Commander Augustine Nthumbi said that his juniors had been trying to reach him on phone since Tuesday with no success.
