Juma Kiburi Baitairi alias Abdulmalik, a senior officer at Kenya Bureau of Standards (KEBS) has died the exact month after predicting his demise in 2019, August.
The late Juma Baitairi was a senior inspection officer at KEBS.

In acceptance of the will of Allah (Most Gracious, Most Merciful) we, the family of Mr. and Mrs. Selestino Baitairi announce the sudden passing on of our beloved son Juma Kiburi Baitairi (Abdulmalik). He was an Inspection Officer at Kenya Bureau of Standards (KEBS).
He was beloved son in-law of the late Peter Mweteri Mikwa and Mama Jane Kanja. He was a loving husband to Lydiah Nkirote and loving father to Saddiqah Kaari and Rahma Makena. The late Juma was brother to Moses Thiaine (Risimbi), Judy Kagwiria and the late Amos Kimathi. He was cousin to many.
Juma was a committed scholar, a diligent worker, humorous, a satirist of social and political commentary. He was a glue which united many.
The burial will take place today Friday 21st August, 2020 at his home in Meru County, Ankamia Location, Ankamia Sub-location, Antuanthenge Village. May Allah rest his soul in eternal peace.
Over the years, I have heard about and come across people who knew when they were going to die.
Don’t be surprised and no, I am not talking about people who were terminally ill and knew they had little time left.
This is purely about healthy people who just predicted their deaths.
Many accounts of people (mostly celebrities) who knew when they were going to die, like xxxtentacion.
This young rap hip hop superstar talked about how if he dies or become a sacrifice, he wants to make sure that his life made at least five million kids happy. He died a few days after this.
Mark Twain who was born at a time when Halley’s comet was passing the Earth and he made this statement
I came in with Halley’s Comet in 1835. It is coming again next year, and I expect to go out with it. It will be the greatest disappointment of my life if I don’t go out with Halley’s Comet.
And he died on the return of Halley’s comet.
My biggest issues with all this is that, do they really know they were going to die?
Did they know it was going to be that day? Or was it all a big coincidence?
