Kenya Kwanza alliance sources are reporting that hired goons have demolished the venue for today’s Musalia Mudavadi’s meeting in Kilifi.
The Kenya Kwanza rally was reported to be addressed by Deputy President William Ruto and ANC leader Musalia Mudavadi.
Kilifi North MP Owen Baya blamed ODM allied Governor Amason Kingi for intimidating other political leaders planning to hold political rallies in the county.
All parties involved have been summoned to the Deputy County Commissioner’s office to settle the matter
Pamoja African Alliance party youth leader Samir Nyundo on Thursday oversaw the dismantling of the venue claiming it was mounted on his family land.
“I want to tell deputy president William Ruto, he can go ahead and conduct his political activities and meeting anywhere in the country but he should not engage in family business. This is a family land and citizens have come to help pull down this things,” he said.
In a video that has since gone viral, the owners are seen dismantling the already set up podium.
