He was readmitted a week ago due to a blood clot in his head. Soi was involved in a road accident months ago, where he injured his head.

His death has left a huge gaping hole in the hearts and lives of many who knew him.

Soi was known for his banter. In one of his Facebook posts in March last year, he posted some profound words.

“I want to thank the lord for letting me see this day, it’s a day I neither earned or deserved, but he thought it wise to let me be here,so are you!”

Then a month later he wrote,

“In the words of Total man, we don’t fear death, but poverty!”

“Way back I used to be concerned alot about the weather, Now I appreciate the little space that God gave us,I don’t care what the weather is like be it Hot, wet, windy or muddy day it’s all good for me.”

Adding,

“My friends should stop checking their phones, iPads or incar dashboard for an update, appreciate the little pleasures in life that God has given you in this country :- Fresh air!”
