The directorate of criminal investigations Gigiri police station has raised the house of one Harish Mawjee the brother of Bipin Mawjee after obtaining illegal court orders to raid the residence.
Bipin Mawjee’s, who is the Travellers Forex and Purple Haze Kilimani owner has been accused of using the court process to usurp his brother’s share of the property by separating his older brother Harish and his family from his widowed mother,
The officers brought down the window of the house as they sought to confiscate the computers and other gadgets they suspected are being used to send controversial Nairobi Bloggers Cyprian Nyakundi Information.
Gigiri police station officers have been accused of being used by Bipin Mawjee, Yogesh Pattni and his wife Azmina Pattni to do illegalities.
There has been a big struggle by the Pattni family and Bipin Mawjee to silence his stepbrother Harish by launching several criminal cases against him using Gigiri police station as the attack dogs. The Gigiri police station officers have been eating the foolish Indians money promising to help them yet their problems keep expanding as they embarass themselves.
According to an affidavit sworn by Charles Odhiambo, the police sought orders to search the house of Harish in order to confiscate gadgets on suspicion that he was the one leaking information to blogger Cyprian Nyakundi.
Yogesh Pattni, his wife and Bipin Mawjee have been struggling to get articles deleted from Cyprian Nyakundi’s blog all to no avail. They hired UK lawyers, files a Civil defamation case and even wrote to Communication Authority of Kenya but the blogger has remained strong after accusing them of fixing him after they begged he deletes articles from his site.
Victoria Commercial Bank and their chain of forex exchanges such as Blue Seas Forex and Travelers forex have been kinked to money laundering and fraud of shocking proportions.
But their habit of using Gigiri police station like their toilet has made them harass those speaking against their ills and impunity.
