Just as we thought Ruta is getting enough back from current government critics, Duale happens and this time around throws Ruto’s push against constitutional changes under Raila’s political bus.
The Garrisa township legislature who is slowly running away from DP William Ruto’s camp has said that he will support Raila Odinga’s move to change the system of governance to Parliamentary.
According to Duale, He is working hand in hand with the former premier to make sure that the presidency revolves around the country and sons of the forgotten North eastern Kenya can also enjoy the top leadership positions that currently, in the Jubilee set-up, will remain a dream for them.
