Photo-Artivist Boniface Mwangi has exposed how Cabinet Secretary for the Ministry of Interior and Coordination of National Security Dr. Fred Matiangi’ is using prisoners as forced Labourers.
According to Boniface Mwangi, CS Matiangi’ is allegedly using prisoners to build his private home in Karen.
The home, according to Mwangi is being errected by Chinese contractors.

If at all the allegations made by Mwangi are rather have even a shred of truth, that will be an abuse of power and its an offence that can make one loss his position.
Boniface Mwangi has also alleged that CS Matiangi’ is planning to unlease DCI detectives to come arrest and detain him.

Last year, CS Fred Matiang’i was quietly working on a plan that would/is going to allow Private security guards to take upon formal police jobs such as quelling riots and getting involved in security work during elections.
So, is it true that CS Matiangi’ is has contracted the Chinese to build his residential Home in Karen?
