KenGen CEO Rebecca Miano says the value of her total assets stands at Sh397 million.
Miano, the Cabinet Secretary nominee for EAC, Arid and Semi-Arid Lands and Regional Development said these are in form of vehicles, a home, and land.
“I have a house in Nairobi, Nyahururu, the rest are properties that we (my husband and I) have acquired over the last 30 years. The value is the current market value that has appreciated over time,” she said.
Miano said her vehicles include a Toyota Prado, a Mitsubishi Pajero, and an Isuzu truck.
“It totals to 397,100,000,” she said.
On November 2017, Miano was appointed the first female Chief Executive Officer of KenGen.
She is also a member of the Law Society of Kenya (LSK), East Africa Law Society, a council member of the World Bank Group, and the advisory council on Gender and Development.
Miano is also the vice chairperson of the United Nations Global Compact.
