Kenyans on Twitter (KoT) spent the better part of yesterday discussing the academic qualification of Kapsetet Member of National Assembly Oscar Sudi.
A court was told that the MP’s certificates were forgeries.
Kenya National Examinations Council principal examinations secretary Nabiki ene Kashu, speaking before the Anti Corruption court in Nairobi, told magistrate Felix Kombo that Sudi did not register or sit the 2006 KCSE examination at Highway Secondary School in Nairobi.
She was testifying in a case in which Sudi has been charged with forging a diploma certificate in business management purporting it to be a genuine document issued by the Kenya Institute of Management.
On further request by the EACC to confirm a copy of the certificate for the year 2006 KCSE examination result, they established that Sudi did not register nor sit the 2006 examinations at Highway High School under index 401006/081. The code for Highway Secondary School was 401005 and not 401006 as indicated in the purported copy of the certificate presented to Knec for authentication code
He is also accused of forging his KCSE certificate purporting it to be a genuine document issued by the Kenya National Examination council.
KoT did not hesitate to weigh in on the matter with many fingering the institutions that gave Sudi a pass to contest for the MP seat.
IEBC and EACC were top of the list receiving the most ‘bullets’ from Kenyans.
The IEBC officer who approved the candidature of Oscar Sudi should be in jail and return all the money paid.

Oscar Sudi and others of his ilk are the reason EACC must be disbanded never to be heard of again and heads rolling at DCI. We have mass failure of our institutions.

Now that Oscar Sudi has committed the crime of forgery which has been proven by KNEC in a court of law hope the DCI ,IEBC ,EACC will display quick action to discpline such a character that has subverted the rule of law especially chapter 6 on integrity issues.
