Kenyanbulletin.com has received information from an anonymous source that Kesses Constituency Member of National Assembly Swarup Mishra has allegedly misappropriated the Constituency Development Funds (CDF).
“KESSES constituency CDF funds have been misappropriated. CDF auditors won’t do anything because the MP is so rich, he pays his way out always on anything that touches the administration, his hospital business and himself as a person”, the source wrote.
Dr Swarup who also owns the Mediheal Group of Hospitals has been in the news, several times for all the wrong reasons.
Apart from bribing to cover up his ills and lack of development at the constituency, he has also been accused of organ trafficking, a claim which he refuted vehemently.
Our source insists that Dr Swarup, a crooked Indian as they come, is quick to silence critics by bribing them.
“He gives out money to buy anything and anybody that threatens his tenure and wants to know the truth. Watu wanamwogopa coz anawalipa”, the source concluded.
Angry man
After the containment measures for COVID-19 were announced in March, the MP was caught breaking the rules in April where he threatened to have the police officer, who wanted his meeting disbanded, with a transfer.
A video on Youtube shows an angry Swarup shouting at the female police boss, insulting her. At one point the fat disfigured MP threatened to resign.
