Some Netizens reacted on the whole scenario where ‘Oscar’ had come to ask for his dues and termination letter with his wife.
You don't earn free trips for arrogance, most probably what he needs is counselling, he is so condescending, intimidating his wife and making her part of his "wrongs",he might be a difficult employee to manage, you hear him bragging how he is the best car salesman in east Africa,

Not really, those are some of the legit cases that shouting is useful for. Also, when trying to drive a point, if you are standing, shouting and you make other people to support you, you are likely to be more convincing. He is just a skilled negotiator stop being lame

Was he right or wrong? That is not the point, Why is Bob Francis embarrassing the mans efforts to get coins? Why has he fired him without giving him bad/good recommendation letter? Why is Bob sitting on his termination letter yet he has already fired him?
There are many people especially anxiety stress and depression and it can be work related especially when there’s change of management or when there is anything that is new being implemented you find employees maybe don’t understand what is happening or when there’s restructuring and you don’t know if you will lose your job.
Fired ! Yes, he is a jigger In the toe.He can not give the boss or his wife a breathing space. He is tribal and kimbelembele.

A small advice to all men specifically married ones, give your woman money. Don't wait until you're fired to engage in such commotions to show your wife that someone wasn't paying or underpaying you.

Toxic Work Place
A toxic workplace can be described as a place or people who make it hard for an individual to work peacefully hence causing serious harm to someone. This can lead to depression and at times someone may contemplate suicide.
The people you work with, from managers, supervisors to colleagues can make your workplace very toxic, which in turn affects your work and the targets set.
In October last year, a survey by talent recruitment agency-BrighterMonday showed that when it comes to flight risk, 47 per cent of people working in an organisation are likely to leave their current employer in the next six months. 41 per cent are not sure while 12 per cent don’t want to leave.
When it comes to happiness in the workplace, 39 per cent are happy with their current job, 50 per cent are neutral while 11 per cent are unhappy with their current job.
When it comes to being valued for the work one does, 58 per cent said they are valued, 28 per cent said they do not feel valued while 14 per cent said they do not work.
Job security, pay and proximity to work are the most important factors for the different job levels, a report by the firm says.
Toxicity in a workplace
At times everybody wants to step on another person to get to another level and also if you have the top management maybe they are people who listen to stories from other people like they are told stories about other people and they listen they shouldn’t allow such kind of things so that there is no story telling.
