Sirisia MP John Walukhe is on the run after getting a hint NCIC and conjunction with the DCI is looking for him, for his weekend remarks over Jubilee Secretary General Raphael Tuju.
On Thursday, CID officers stormed Parliament to arrest the self proclaimed acting Jubilee Party Vice Chair only to find he had got a tip and went into hiding.
Despite his hiding, the NCIC served the MP with sermons which was left in his office.
In the sermons, the NCIC expect MP Walukhe to present himself to Kilimani Police station next week on Thursday for grilling over remarks the commission say could spark ethnic tensions.
The Sirisia MP is one of the key allies of DP William Ruto from Bungoma County and have been very vocal calling for the resignation of Raphael Tuju from Jubilee Party.
In a video clip that has since gone viral, the MP is attacking Tuju and his community, the Luo.
”I want to make this clear as the acting National Vice Chair of the Jubilee Party. I will Kicked out Tuju from Jubilee Party. We don want his politics from his troublesome community of uncircumcised people here in Jubilee,” the MP said in his constituency of Sirisia over the weekend.
