Barrack Muluka: Uhuru Should Either Resign Or Fight Corruption

Amani National Congress (ANC) Secretary-General, Barrack Muluka, has asked President Uhuru Kenyatta to resign if he is unable to fight runaway corruption in his government.

In an interview with KTN’s PointBlank on Wednesday evening, Muluka said that the commander in chief of the armed forces needs to pull up his socks as far as the war against the vice is concerned.
He said it is saddening when Kenyans are losing billions at the expense of a few individuals who are surrounding the president.
He further noted the current leadership has not done much to transform the lives of the electorate amid a series of promises made before the last general elections.
“We want to see the corrupt jailed and the money they stole recovered. We have seen people being arrested, buildings on riparian land demolished but no convictions. If Uhuru is afraid of taking the fight against corruption a step further, he should resign and let Mudavadi take over the reins and halt the spiraling public debt,” Muluka said.
Kenyan Bulleting has been informed that what Muluka says is most definitely what Musalia Mudavadi would say because the ANC SG is a close ally of ANC boss, Musalia Mudavadi.
