KEMSA Beneficiaries: This is how CS Mutahi Kagwe was involved

The Cabinet Secretary in charge of Health Mr Mutahi Kagwe (pictured) told the Senate Health Committee probing the Kenya Medical Supplies Authority (KEMSA) irregular procurement scandal that he never issued any orders to the suspended KEMSA CEO Jonah Manjari to execute certain instructions.

Well, as we promised you, Kenyanbulletin.com did our research and came out with some information that shows CS Kagwe might be lying.

In denying that he and his PS Susan Mochache, ever issued any instructions to CEO Manjari, Mutahi Kagwe clearly stated loudly that, ‘It’s all lies. I have never issued any such instructions. They should provide evidence where I issued such instructions because it is illegal, I can’t do that”.

As he claimed before the senators, that he has never set foot at KEMSA, that might be true, but in reality there’s someone that set foot at KEMSA on behalf of the CS.

Breaking virginity

Njoroge Kagwe, the second born child of the CS, ‘won’ a tender at KEMSA in February.

Sources say that, when Kenyans were still unsure about the strange respiratory disease that was coming from Wuhan in China, Njoroge Kagwe was smiling all the way to the bank having bagged a single-sourced tender for the supply of air filters to the Kenyatta National Hospital and KEMSA.

The cost of the tender is placed at a cool Sh25 million. The firm a little-known Quintoins Limited.

It is well to note that his father Mutahi Kagwe took the oath of office for CS Health in late February. What is curious is that his son had already been put inside the system of suppliers, wrote a bid and won even before his father became CS.

That was Mutahi Kagwe’s first tender. A breaking of his virginity into the murky world of looting by state officials.

Did former CS for Health Sicily Kariuki have a hand in it?

Kenyans need to know their real enemies, because as lockdown and curfew were imposed, some people got very rich. As curfew and lockdown and cessation of movement were imposed, some politicians got very rich. As curfew and lockdown were imposed, and some Kenyans suffered death at the hands of police for not wearing masks, some politicians and their surrogates stole money meant to buy free sanitizers and masks.

It is just the start of the revelations and it is already clear to see that all these parastatals are surrounded by politicians who mercilessly loot and eat with their girlfriends. In other countries, rich people are those who have invented things and own industries which employ people especially the youth, but in Kenya, it is the opposite. Politicians are the ones who are rich in Kenya because they easily loot from the public and go scot-free.

At this point in time, kenyanbulletin.com calls on CS Mutahi Kagwe, PS Susan Mochache to step aside as they don’t have the moral authority to lecture Kenyans on anything.

Next article on the KEMSA Beneficiaries will speak about the role celebrated Director of Health Dr Patrick Amoth, Turkana County Governor Josphat Nanok, DP William Ruto played in the looting.

Remember:

For a curious and keen onlooker, the rot run deep and sometimes, those who make the most noise that they were not involved in the looting, might just have been the masterminds and are deep in it.
