Kidero sycophant storms ODM offices to protest fake death

Renegade ODM Ndiwa branch chairman, Mr. Ogina Nyabola, who defied Raila Odinga’s party to sycophantly stand with and testify in favor of Evans Kidero in a petition challenging the election of Gladys Wanga as Homa Bay County governor has stormed ODM offices after learning that the party faked his death.

Nyabola was shocked to note that ODM cartels faked his death as part of conspiracy to kick him out of the party where everybody must worship Odinga or perish.

The news of his death compelled him to travel to the party’s  headquarters in Lavington, Nairobi, to ascertain the truth and to his surprise, Nyaola found out that he was indeed listed as dead in the party records.

His efforts to find out who told the party that he had died were futile since no one was ready to open up about the traumatizing saga.

But following the drama that he caused, his existence was confirmed and he was reinstated to continue executing his duties as Ndhiwa branch chairman.

ODM party has been treating him as a marked man since he testified against Wanga. Nyabola is being accused of betraying the party after he told Homabay High court that ODM violated definition of democracy by subverting the will of the people when it issued a direct nomination ticket to Wanga.

ODM has been struggling with internal dissent following the decision by Odinga to give direct nominations to relatives and sycophants in Luo Nyanza.

Many aspirants who lost have been furious because they spent millions on their campaigns and were not even refunded their application fees.

ODM national chairman John Mbadi who wanted to run for Governor in Homa Bay where Gladys Wanga was favored stood with Odinga but his support shifted to independent candidates including Kidero and Steven Sangira who was rigged in favor of Caroli Omondi in Suba South parliamentary race.

Nyabola told the court that ODM party abused the principles of democracy by failing to conduct nominations ahead of the last General Election.

“The people of Ndhiwa wanted to participate in the party nomination through universal suffrage but ODM conducted the exercise contrarily. I was annoyed by ODM because it subverted the will of the people of Ndhiwa Constituency who elected me to be their chairman in the party,” he said.
