THE CRIMINAL: The case of a Nyeri County gubernatorial candidate
Scammer Peter Munyiri in the dock. A police officer stands guard as the judge reads the case of the 7 economic sabboteurs

Most criminals in Kenya join politics in order to hide behind the big cars, and friends with those in high places and escape justice.

One such is Peter Munyiri, the infamous money laundering Branch Manager of Family Bank.

Without Peter Munyiri, the NYS scandal, where billions of shillings were looted, would have been impossible.

Mr Munyiris is in the race to become Nyeri Governor despite the corruption and economic crimes cases following him.

Even if EACC, DCI and IEBC clear him to view, the people of the county of Nyeri must reject this man because, first, he will be spending more time in court, secondly, he will have to loot the county coffers so as to pay for his legal fees, and thirdly, the above two will leave him with no time to do development in the county.

He must be rejected.

Kenyans all over the country must reject candidates with questionable characters as this will go a long way to greatly improve public service in the long run – Admin
