So there are gold scammers, then there are land scammers. And boy are they good. Here’s how it works

It is these skeleton files that are now used to divest the original owners of the ownership to the land, to entirely new people who pay top dollar.

Then they get a registrar to effect the transfer, that is, sign the new title deed and voila! land no longer belongs to you anymore but to someone else
