Kisumu OC Crime Extorting Traders, Gifting Cartels

Kisumu Central Police Station has attracted a number of corrupt OC Crimes since the beginning of devolution in 2013 but the no one beats the current OC Crime, Beatrice Luwemba, who is a marked officer facing a number of corruption cases in her office.

Junior officers at the station are accusing Luwemba of running her office as a private property thatshe inherited from her family.

Locals have also accused her of harassing innocent members of public instead of providing security and fighting rampant crime.

OC Luwemba lives like a queen and has divided the security into two sections while she is also running two separate crime offices within the same police station.

She ensured that every team member in the offices is totally loyal to her but divisions are now getting deeper between officers within her command are deeply divided.

Rebelling officers are now running parallel operations that include illegal deals on electrics where they extort money from businessmen, suppliers and contractors.

Officers led by the OC crime Beatrice Luwemba are also on an extortion spree as they target a number of business premises within Kisumu city where they reap huge sums of money and arrest those who nothing to part with.

This blog has learnt that a section of powerful cartels operating under the umbrella of the former China Gang leader, Boyi Akoth, are positioning themselves to take control of the newly built Uhuru Business Complex to stop genuine traders whose names are in the list from benefiting from the newly built market.

This OC Crime at Kisumu Central Police Station is the main reason why traders are not getting slots because she wants cartels to first to occupy the spaces and lease them to genuine traders.
